Sell the book.
Commission sale or resale. ₱250 a copy, rising to ₱500 from your eleventh.
PDF, 2 pages · Edition 11, 18 September 2026
Unquestionable Compliance sells for ₱2,500 a copy. If you have people who need it — clients, a chapter, a following — there are two ways to put it in their hands and be paid for doing so.
This page is a summary. The signed agreement governs, and its defined words control where the two read differently.
Commission sale, or resale.
Commission sale
taXspecialista is the seller. You bring the buyer and the payment goes to the taXspecialista account.
- You hold no customer money and carry no stock risk.
- Commission accrues only when the money clears, and only under your code.
- Available only once Part 6 states the confirmed customer payment account. If it says NONE, resale is the only route open to you.
Resale
You buy each copy first and own it. You are the seller.
- You sell for your own account and at your own risk.
- You handle buyer claims, and you issue the invoice.
- No commission is earned on a copy you have bought. Any resale gain is yours, and may be taxable.
Ten per cent, then twenty.
Straight arithmetic on the published rates. It is not a forecast of what anyone sells.
What the percentage is taken on.
Cleared book-price money received in the taXspecialista account. It excludes:
A partial payment earns 10% on the part collected, but it does not count as a copy until it is paid in full. If the final payment makes it your eleventh or later, the extra 10% is added to everything collected on that copy.
A refunded copy is removed from your count and the later copies are re-numbered.
Commission goes to the one Commissioner of Record whose approved code is on the order when the first cleared payment arrives. It is never split.
Day 1 is the date taXspecialista signs last and approves. An approved coded order recorded before the end keeps its rate and copy number if payment clears within 30 calendar days after it. After that, a new signed agreement is needed.
Four steps, in this order.
Message or email and say which channel you would sell through. Nothing is signed at this stage and no personal details are needed yet.
Part 6 carries your approved Commissioner code, the selling channel, the customer payment account, and any added terms. It is the offer.
Check the identity, contact and offer fields first. Initial and date Part 6. Only then fill in your own details.
ETM-TAO signs last. The date of that signature is Day 1 of the 180 days.
Read the form first. When you are ready, message or email and say which channel you would sell through, and a copy with Part 6 completed will be sent to you.
You must be at least 18. The agreement covers Unquestionable Compliance and no other title, and it releases no stock on its own — every book handed over needs its own signed receipt stating the count, the condition and the lane.
Form CB-01, Edition 11, 18 September 2026. This page summarises it in plain language; the signed agreement and its defined words govern.
